Generally, iPhone Dev Team pushes out important updates to jailbreaking and unlocking tools on Sunday. So we can safely assume that there is high probability that iOS hacker Musclenerd will announce the ultrasn0w 1.3 download on coming Sunday.
Currently, iPhone Dev Team is hard at work to invoke vulnerable commands using ultrasn0w to unlock iP4 iOS 4.3 on Baseband 04.10.01.
