[Guide] To Enable Multitasking Gestures on iPad / iPad 2 iOS 4.3 without Jailbreak using Xcode!!!!!

iOS 4.3 brings extra multi-touch gestures that most of the users are not acquainted with and Apple doesn’t want you to use these features, unless you are a developer. These 4 or 5 finger gestures allow you to exit an app, brings the multitasking toolbar and move between apps. But without having a developer account you can still enable multitouch gestures in iPad.
iPad hidden gestures
  • Swipe 4 or 5 fingers to the left or to the right to navigate through open applications.
  • Swipe 4 fingers up to access the running apps tray and playback buttons, including Airplay controls.
  • If you Pinch with all your fingers, you will go to the home screen from any app, without touching your home button.
But you can activate them by using Xcode 4 for which you need to shell out $5. Follow the steps below on how to enable multi-touch gestures on iPad
Step 1: Download and Install Xcode 4 on your Mac.
Step 2: Launch Xcode and connect your iPad to your Mac.
Step 3: Click on the “Use for development” button.
Step 4: When prompted to enter your iOS developer username/password, click cancel. It will give you an error. Disregard it.
Step 5: Once the developer mode activation is completed, Navigate to iPad’s general preferences menu and turn on the new multi-gestures.
You can now enjoy hidden multitasking gestures on your iPad and iPad 2
