iOS 4 Available for Older Devices like iPhone 2g via WhiteD00r

whited00r
iOS 4, the last major iOS software update for Apple’s iPads, iPhones and iPods, brought with it lots of updates such as folders and multitasking. The downside? They dropped support for the iPhone 2G and the iPod touch 1.
In addition to that, the iPhone 3G runs iOS 4 extremely slowly. How slow? Slow enough for customers to complain to Apple about it, in which they responded by promising improvements in iOS 4.2.1. Though they have kept to their promise, it is still not as fast as it could be, and WhiteD00r changes that.
The WhiteD00r project which aimed to port features of iOS 4 into iOS 3.1.3 has succeeded recently, and has ended up with a custom version of iOS 3.1.3 that has all the features of iOS 4.
