Eric Schmidt, president of Google, goes down hard, and Apple calls "jealous and lacking in innovation."
The former CEO of Google has decided to speak and he did express strong words against Apple, as a result of the ongoing legal battles its protagonist against the company's Cupertino companies close to Google (see eg HTC).
According to Schmidt, 2011 will be remembered for the explosion of Android and the fact that competition can not do other than to challenge Google, not on innovation, as it would be right, but the legal field, with unfounded accusations of alleged patent infringement.
In addition, the president of Google has confirmed that the company will be close to HTC in the appeal process, with the hope that the court overturned the ruling in favor of Apple. And for Schmidt no doubt that these lawsuits are merely the result of jealousy.
