MuscleNerd confirmed via Twitter that Ultrasn0w, tools for unlocking the phone part of iPhone foreigners, will soon be able to also unlock the new firmware.
The leader of the Dev-Team has confirmed the operation of IOS also Ultrasn0w 5, even if it is installed on iPhone 3G baseband iPad 3G (as suggested by the Dev-Team in the past). However, to avoid various problems and incompatibilities, MuscleNerd also recommended that you wait for the final 5 of IOS - which will happen in a few hours - and a new update from the Dev Team.
