iPhone Dev Team is all set to roll-out its updated Ultrasn0w 1.3 along with Redsn0w and PwnageTool for jailbreaking iOS 4.3.1 today. The upcoming ultrasn0w update is only for 4.3.1 compatibility and unlocks all the baseband that Ultrasn0w 1.2 currently supports.
BTW ultrasn0w needs an update for 4.3.1, so unlockers should wait until that gets pushed out (hopefully also today)

The official ultrasn0w 1.3 repo http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com will cover iPhone 4 baseband 01.59.00, iPhone 3GS basebands 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.12.01, 05.13.04 including 06.15.00. Notably, baseband 05.14.02 and 05.15.04 will be still locked and you need to update your iPhone 3GS to baseband 06.15.00.
